BFCOC’s philosophy is holistic and designed to empower each individual, family, and community it serves. Services focus on the whole person with emphasis on improved mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. BFCOC’s mission is to ensure the availability and accessibility of high quality compassionate, ethical, and supportive human service programs.
Bethel Family Counseling and Outreach Center (BFCOC) is a mental health agency which provides psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. BFCOC began operating in 2001 and since then has served over 6,500 consumers in the Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
The BFCOC staff consist of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Masters Level Counselors all trained in the areas of psychiatry, social work and mental health. These staff members work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to clients.
